“I don’t want to sound crazy, but I do believe these objects are not man-made,” says Linden father
We’re not saying aliens are scouting out Gloucester for a forthcoming invasion.
But…..
What exactly is this strange object flying above the city?
It was filmed in the night sky above Gloucester on Wednesday by a father and daughter from the Linden area.
Kristofer Wagner, 33, and Katie Wagner, 14, spotted the strange object at around 9pm on Wednesday above the Bristol Road area.
Kristofer, who filmed the object on his daughter’s phone, said: “It was so big and bright in the sky and looked stunning.
“There are planes flying above it and so it was way too low to be a star.
“I believe it was a UFO. We spotted two in the same location three weeks ago.
“And before Christmas, we saw big orange balls of light pass over us and they were not Chinese lanterns.
“I believe we are being visited by other worlds like we visit other countries.
“I don’t want to sound crazy, but I do believe these objects are not man-made.”
He said he has had an interest in UFOs since he was younger and saw a massive ball of light stop in the sky before disappearing in a split-second.
“I’ve been looking up ever since,” he added.
Mr Wagner also said it was not, in his view, a drone.
The footage
Gloucestershire is a bit of a hot-spot for UFO sightings.
According to the UFO Stalker website, there have been no less than 16 extraterrestrial invasions witnessed in Gloucestershire in recent years.
Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester are popular for aliens fancying a getaway, with 11 of the 16 sightings coming around those three areas.
And last December, debate raged on social media about a sudden bright light which flash up in the sky in the early hours.
There were reports of a green, orange or blue light startling people in Bishop’s Cleeve, near Cheltenham.
The time was 2.31am and it prompted Jerry to say: “Obviously aliens!”
