“This being was probably at least 7-feet tall.”
“Contact” experiences range from the 3-Dimensional physically tangible kind to more subtle, out-of-body consciousness experiences that have been described by some as more “real” than reality itself. The sliding scale of experiences are 3D to 4D and perhaps beyond that. Some contact experiences have been described as invasive and upsetting, but much more often than that people describe feeling a sense of expansion in awareness and purpose after these consciousness expanding events.
For the very first time sharing her story publicly on EMN, Tracey talks about her “contact” experience that was witnessed by her friend at home in Washington State.
Tracey is presently an honors student of interdisciplinary social sciences with a focus in psychology and international studies, hailing from a professional background in gaming and design from an industry leading gaming company.
Most specially, Tracey is an “experiencer/ contactee” and explorer of consciousness.
We encourage anyone with ‘contact’ or ‘abduction’ experiences to reach out to Earth Mystery News via email and we can explore them more fully.
One of the goals of EMN is to “make it alright to talk about”, and that starts with you! We look forward to hearing from you.

April 22, 2016, 10:46 pmGreat interview. I can relate to Tracy in so many ways. I stayed away from UFO topics & Books, I had very Lucid Dreams in which I was contacted. Listening to Tracy’s stories of her experience, I recalled a moment of watching the news on TV, but it was news of Future events. The first time I told my story in public I was extremely nervous & said, "you Know" a thousand times. Nice job Tracy. There is that feeling that people will think you are Crazy if you admit what really happened. If it was a just a crazy dream, that’s different.

April 22, 2016, 11:30 pmI love the credibility that Tracey conveys. She doesn’t seem like the type-cast stereotype of someone who is typically dismissed for even bringing up the topic. She comes across as highly intelligent and thoughtful. It takes courage to tell a story like this. So many people have experiences that are hard to define even for themselves. Watching Tracey process her experience was really very encouraging in many ways. Thanks for this great interview shared and I hope to see more like it.

April 24, 2016, 5:22 pmHi Kate and Jon,
Thank you so much for your overwhelmingly kind words and encouragement, not only for me, but for all those who haven’t told their story. It seems to me that these are topics that aren’t easily spoken about, but people really do genuinely want to talk about them…but that fear of sounding crazy in today’s world is very real as you mention. I’m really happy to hear that you also spoke about your experience because if enough of us are willing to, someday we might realize this is more widespread and "normal" than we ever imagined, especially when we are inclusive of all types of experience. And although these experiences can’t be empirically validated, we might want to consider as a global community that anything on the forefront of consciousness might benefit from being more responsibly and neutrally considered, at the very least, as a working theory due to ever increasing numbers of personal testimony, rather than rejecting it. This is just personal opinion but we aren’t talking about a few outliers here anymore, we are now talking about masses of people having experiences that challenge the current consensus.
I think one of the biggest conclusions I am personally coming to is that if it’s relevant to the experiencer, regardless of how it happens (lucid dreams, trancing out, meditation, out-of-body, binaurals, trauma etc…) then it "is" relevant. I think we, as a larger global community, need to ask ourselves who are we to judge / discount another person’s experience if it was profound and informative to their life, but on the other hand it is merely human nature to try to qualify things to reinforce our worldview and feel safe, so I do understand the other side. And I am certainly not exempt, but do strive to be as open-minded as possible at all times. Hopefully someday soon we will all feel more comfortable talking about the subtler experiences as Sid calls them. Interestingly, I have found even in the world of academia, whenever these topics are touched upon in a safe and unthreatening way, there is a significant response from people wanting to share their unexplained experiences that they for the most part just harbour for their lifetime in their inner world….when it could very well be a doorway of sorts to extraordinary personal meaning and exploration. Quite often I find these are some of the most riveting and expansive discussions we could be having. Again, thank you so much for sharing your kind thoughts / experience and support that I’m sure is very meaningful to everyone with a story.

July 4, 2016, 4:31 pmThanks so much for your willingness and courage to talk about this extraordinary event !!!
REPLYI’d like to encourage you for further sharing of your experiences by the fact more and more people are also wanting out of the old, decrepit paradigm of ridicule and shame !!
One I highly consider is Bashar ( bashar.org, and on YT ), channelled by Darryl Anka , who has been doing just that for 33 years now, daring to explain the true nature of reality !!

April 24, 2016, 7:37 pmKudo’s for sharing. I’ve had many contact experiences both at home and at TMI but always resisted sharing them publicly. Good job, way to go!

April 26, 2016, 5:18 pmThank you for your support Scott. These experiences are so personal and are certainly not that easy to share, but I am optimistic that will begin to change with more and more people having life-changing experiences. Interestingly, I also had a very profound contact experience at The Monroe Institute. Thanks again for your feedback.

May 31, 2016, 7:19 amIt sounds to me like she may have seen a Tall White or even an Angel. I’ve had many abduction experiences as well.

May 31, 2016, 8:21 amWould be great to hear from Tracey if what you put forward resonates with her. As you can so clearly distinguish a "tall white" or "angel" I wonder why it is that the actual experiencer cannot know with certainty. Do you think the surprise factor is too strong to make that determination?
There seem to be a few people I’ve spoken with where it is always like a shadow, or just too hard to see something specific. Why do you think that is?
